Who processes your data

The data controller is S.R.L. «PRIME IT INNOVATION» (trading as Synergy), registered in the Republic of Moldova, address: Bd. Decebal 6, Chișinău, Moldova. We decide why and how the data you leave on this website is processed.

Processing is governed by Law of the Republic of Moldova No. 133 of 08.07.2011 on the protection of personal data. If you are located in the European Union, the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR, Regulation (EU) 2016/679) applies to your data as well.

What data we collect

We do not collect data just in case. The request form and the calculator send us only what you filled in yourself:

Name So we can address you properly when we call or write back
Phone number The main way we get in touch about your request
Company and industry Optional fields that help us prepare for the conversation
Existing website and calculator answers Used to estimate the scope of work and the approximate price

Along with the request, the server automatically stores technical data: your IP address, the interface language and the address of the page the form was sent from. We need this to protect the site from spam and to understand which pages bring in enquiries. We do not use it to build a profile or to track you across other websites.

We do not collect special categories of data — health, religion, biometrics — and we never ask for payment details through the website. The site is not intended for children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their data.

Why we collect it

Data from the form is used only to:

  • contact you and answer your request
  • prepare a cost estimate and a commercial proposal
  • correspond about the project while the discussion is ongoing
  • protect the website from automated mailings and abuse

We do not sell your data and we do not share it with third parties for advertising. We do not use it for automated decisions that would have legal consequences for you.

Legal basis for processing

Each purpose has its own legal basis:

Consent

By submitting the form you tick a box and thereby consent to the processing — art. 5(1) of Law No. 133/2011, art. 6(1)(a) GDPR. Without the tick the form is not sent.

Legitimate interest

Technical data is stored for the security of the website and protection against spam — art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.

Pre-contractual steps

If your request turns into a project discussion, the correspondence is part of preparing a contract — art. 6(1)(b) GDPR.

You can withdraw your consent at any time. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before it.

Who we share data with

Requests are stored in our own database and are accessible only to Synergy employees who need them for their work.

We use contractors the website cannot run without: the hosting provider whose servers hold the site and the database, and the Telegram messenger, which receives a notification about every new request including the name and phone number so that we can get back to you sooner. They act on our instructions, do not use the data for their own purposes and are bound by confidentiality.

Fonts, styles and scripts are served from our own server — simply browsing the site does not send your IP address to any third-party company. The one exception is the Google map on the contacts page: it loads only after you press the button yourself or accept all cookies.

Data may be disclosed to public authorities where the law requires it.

How long we keep it

Requests are kept for 24 months from the date of the enquiry. That is long enough for a follow-up and for a full sales cycle, after which the record is deleted automatically.

If a request leads to a signed contract, the data is kept for as long as accounting and tax legislation requires.

If you withdraw your consent or ask us to delete your data, we delete it sooner — within 30 days of your request, except where the law obliges us to keep it.

Your rights

Under Law No. 133/2011 and the GDPR you can:

Access Get a copy of the data we hold and information on how it is processed
Rectify Correct inaccurate or incomplete data
Erase Ask for deletion when there is no longer a basis to keep the data
Withdraw consent At any time and without giving a reason
Restrict processing Pause the use of your data while its accuracy is contested
Port your data Receive it in a machine-readable format or have it sent to another controller

To exercise any of these rights, write to itcompany.synergy@gmail.com. We reply within 30 days.

If our answer does not satisfy you, you may lodge a complaint with the National Center for Personal Data Protection of the Republic of Moldova (CNPDCP, str. Serghei Lazo 48, Chișinău, centru@datepersonale.md). EU residents may contact the supervisory authority in their own country.

Cookies

Cookies are small files the website stores in your browser.

Essential

They remember your chosen language, protect forms against request forgery and store your answer to the cookie banner. The site does not work without them, so they cannot be switched off.

Analytics

They help us understand which pages are useful to visitors. They load only after you consent — until then no third-party script runs on the site.
